EXCHANGE POLICY
In case you need to exchange your order due to size issues, we’ve got you covered! We accept exchanges only once for size-related issues. To initiate an exchange, please email us at www.florawings.in within 3 days of receiving your product with the subject “EXCHANGE”. We will guide you through the process from there. Please note that clothing returned without a prior email request will not be accepted.
RETURNS POLICY
At Flora Wings, every piece is designed and produced with care and goes through strict quality checks. Any natural unevenness in color or texture of the print is not considered a fault but rather a beautiful characteristic of the natural process.
However, if you have received a damaged product, please notify us by sending a picture of the product to www.florawings.in within 3 days of receiving your order with the subject “RETURN”. We will guide you through the return process accordingly.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the time and labor involved in creating each product, we do not offer refunds for orders except in cases of fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within one week after the request is initiated.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Once we receive your cancellation, return, or exchange request, we will accept returns within 15 days of receipt.
For returns or exchanges, please securely pack the items (preferably in the original packaging) and ship the parcel back to us. We will provide you with the necessary details once the request is confirmed via email.

No exchanges or refunds on discounted items.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been used or damaged by the customer. Any goods/products returned soiled or damaged may be sent back to the customer.
